  Penjelasan Apa itu kecemasan? Kecemasan adalah gangguan di mana gejala somatik, vegetatif, dan kognitif terjadi yang dimana merespons rasa tidak aman atau ketidakmampuan untuk mengatasi stres. Ini juga merupakan reaksi jangka pendek alami terhadap peristiwa yang membuat stres, tetapi kecemasan dapat berkembang menjadi masalah kesehatan mental jika orang tersebut tidak berdaya dan tidak dapat berhenti mengkhawatirkan situasi atau peristiwa yang tidak efektif, yang mengakibatkan penghentian aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Siapapun dapat mengalami kecemasan, tanpa memandang usia, jenis kelamin, status sosial atau status ekonomi. Namun, menurut American Psychiatric Association, wanita lebih rentan mengalami kecemasan dibandingkan pria karena ada perbedaan otak dan hormon dari keduanya. INTRODUCTION TO MENTAL HEALTH

Greetings everyone, i want to say thank you to all of you that come to my blog about health. I hope all of you are in good condition and healthy physically and of course mentally. In this article I will share about theory and experience in medical field about mental health and how to manage  it properly, elegantly, if not medically.

what's mental health? 

Mental health is just like physical health but unseen to the naked eye, sometimes we can't even diagnosed it because people who has it but can still function normally usually try to cover it in various ways possible. so its very important for us to dig deeper into their mind and heart.

I have seen a lot of mental health patient in hospital or just people around me that looked needed attention in mental health, so i try write this blog so their family and friends could help them to gain their self back to normal if possible or even try to prevent the disturbance in their mental occurred in the first place.

why mental health is important?

Well, our body consist of two foundation when it comes to perfect health, mind and body. So mental health is very important to people to just function properly everyday. Because in modern days many people or patient that got mentally unstable or even ill. That made them sometimes or even all the time hard to cope to daily living.

And in this blog i will share with all of you how to simply diagnose your friend or relatives if they show any kind of mental health problems, because in my own experience many of us that still try so hard to cover everything and end up usually with suicide and drugs or anything like that. So remember the sign is usually subtle and could easily missed. I hope my article could help family and relatives to prevent the suicide case all around the world. See you in the next article.
